The ledges are down by the pavillion area near the water.
Where exactly is this 15 foot drop you scoped out there? Sounds delightful

Its really the same linkage as my capstone frame.
If you say its impossible to explain then you dont know what youre talking about or its not an issue.
This animation is done in SolidWorks. If it were going to bind or break based on simple motion, the interference detection would not allow it to go through all of the travel and thus there would be no video showing it work.

for clarification purposes and by guilty conscience, I just wanted to say that I didn't mean to be condescending in any way. I only meant to point out the Milliard example for that one "lefty" question someone had. Props to you and your build, I'm a long-time fan of independent bicycle fabrications. Hope this eases your anxiety. Should have chose my wording better!

dude i have literally spent 2 hours straight looking at the 929's supension design and i am VERY impressed, i have grown up around solid works, so from an engineer point, PROPS! i have nothing but praise for the ingenuity you put into the 929 and the other bikes..... file some patents, it will go along way man
props dude

So far i've only made one proper concept, which you can see on my pics. High pivot with a really low center of gravity. But 2' of steel swingarm is not a good combination, and the falling leverage curve was just too steep. I've been picturing a few new concepts (faux bar linkages) that i'll try to get build later this year bc for now my main goal is to develop the pushrod system for my college's Fromula Student car. I ended up on a shitty polytechnic, but at least we have a fully student run FSAE project. So i'm always close to the machines and teachers wich might open me some doors to start building my frame.

Hey man how's your 9229 project going? I've been designing a few concepts, mostly making the calculations by hand and using Solidworks to make everything work, so again thanks for the SW tips.
